After having to make an apology about Tacori, Queen Bea needs an ego boost. I just want to say "I told you so!" about the Girl's Night show on QVC. I believe my exact words of warning were : "The View on crack."
Too many clucking chickens! Baaaaaaaaad idea. Cackling, laughing, steam rolling over each other (it was beyond talking over!), and talk of wieners and bras??? I don't even want to know.
Hopefully the sales weren't good so the won't do it again.
I did enjoy watching Kathy Levine again. Still no word on her new home decor line.
i usually like to keep the Q on as the background of my life, but, OMG, that show was so *HO*rrid, i had to just turn the damn thing off and concentrate on my blog.
ReplyDeleteit was beyond crackhead! i woulda much rather preferred the "buzz on..." show, with only 3 or 4 vendor guests. havin' every tom, dick (or "weiner", in the case of rick...the funniest line of the entire 3 excruciating hours!) & harry accompany the vendors on-air was completely ridiculous. we already *know* they have friends, cousins, sisters, etc....move on!
but thankfully they didn't throw lisa r. into the mix. talk about OVERKILL!
off topic, is anyone else havin' trouble accessin' the Q's website today?? i know it's the evil pay anniversary, but i can't get past the stinkin' home page to shop!! they're sooooooo losin' money on me tonight! :-)
I hear ya, MK--I had a horrible time getting the main page to open until around 5pm EST. I did manage to order my ID BareEscentuals foundation and mineral veil, tho! It was worth it.
ReplyDeleteHah! Love the analysis MK!!!
ReplyDeleteAll of them wanted to be the center of attention, I can't even imagine if they added Lisa R. into the mix ...
The Q's website always slows to a crawl on Evil Pay day. At least it didn't crash like last year.
I never call in orders, but I heard that all the phone lines were completely bz all day too.
