It is Phillip the flower guy. The picture is in his new book presented on QVC this morning. There is also a picture of his pool at his home in Atlanta. Looks like he is doing pretty well.
I agree Julie. Men don't take kindly to plastic surgery. Makes them appear to girly looking. Not many men carry off the girly look. Look at Kenny Rogers and Bruce Jenner.

Um... I don't think I recognize him, but the y say we all have a twin walking around somewhere in the world, and that guy might be my father's lost twin for sure, they are practically identical. if69
