Bargain Hunting Bambi

If this story had a happy ending, this post would be so much more enjoyable to write. But, like Bambi, deer tales rarely come to a good end.

A buck broke through a window at the QVC studio. Apparently there was shattered glass and random destruction. Someone managed to lock it into a an office and call animal control.

Again, if the poor deer came to a good end, I would be all snarky about the deer bargain hunting or something. Oh well.

Sadly. the buck had to be put down due to the injuries it sustained during the whole breaking and entering thing.

So this leaves me with two questions: First, what would drive a deer to work so hard and risk so much just to get into the QVC studios? Second, are the words "deer" and "buck" interchangeable? I sure hope so! I think that buck is a boy deer and deer is the general term, but I could be wrong.

RIP ... QVC Buck ... You will be missed.
