Jewelry Television is having their 6th Annual Jewelry Design Contest and while the powers that be at JTV choose the top three winners, you can vote for who should win the Viewer's Voice Award from 50 finalists.Some of the sketches look completely professional, while others appear ... less so. I have a hard time picturing the finished product if the sketch isn't particularly good. Sorry.
